AMD Rumored to Begin Production of Next-Gen FX CPUs This Q3
Rumors are that AMD is set to produce its second generation FX CPUs based on "Piledriver" architecture. The new architecture is purported to deliver a performance boost of 15 percent over the Bulldozer-based CPUs, a 5 percent improvement over its earlier estimated performance boost.
