Motorola Releases Android 4.0 Upgrade Schedule
The Android 4.0 update will be rolling out to the Motorola Xoom (Wi-Fi) and Razr in Q2 2012, followed by the Xoom 2 in Q3. No time frame is available at this moment for the Xoom (Wi-Fi + 3G) model.

A supposed Googler made a comment in Android Open Source Project Issue 16992 which hinted of a possible Android 3.2 update to the Motorola Xoom.
