Sharp To Commercialize Oxide Semiconductor LCD Panels

Sharp Corporation has developed high performance LCD panels using oxide semiconductor, InGaZnO (IGZO). Production of the new LCD panels is expected to start at the Kameyama Plant No.2 within this year.
