Google has been adding offline capabilities to their web office suite, and the latest to get this much needed feature is Google Slides. Now users can create, edit, and present Google Slides presentations without requiring an Internet connection.

Google has announced the integration of its cloud-based service, Google Drive, into Gmail. This allows attachment of files of up to 10GB in size, 400 times larger than the previous limit of 25MB.

Looks like Microsoft isn't taking a back seat when it comes to cloud storage. Having revamped Skydrive earlier this week, Microsoft is now giving Windows Live and Hotmail users a massive upgrade to 25GB of storage space.
On the surface, Google's Google Drive is simply just another cloud storage service introduced by one of the biggest tech companies on the planet. However when you go just a little bit deeper in Chrome OS's direction, you will start to see just how much sense it makes.

SingTel's Store and Share, Singapore's first cloud storage service, will offer consumers up to 10GB of free online storage for their documents and multimedia content. The app is available on the iOS and Android platforms.

A leaked screenshot of Google Drive reveals that users could have up to 5GB of free storage space. The cloud storage service is said to be launching in the third week of April according to TalkAndroid.
