Intel is reportedly set to discontinue their LGA1366 and LGA1156 line of CPUs next year in order to make room for their Ivy Bridge desktop CPUs, set to launch in March 2012.

Sandy Bridge price cuts coming in September?
Intel reportedly plans to drop prices on select Sandy Bridge processors in September and again in October. Intel plans to launch 7 new processors soon.
