LinkedIn Acquires Pulse Newsreader for US$90 Million
Professional network LinkedIn has confirmed its acquisition of 3-year-old news reading app, Pulse Newsreader, for about US$90 Million. 90% of deal was settled with LinkedIn stock, while 10% was in cash.

New and Updated Apps Announced for Nokia Lumia Smartphones
New products aside, Nokia also announced new apps such as Nokia Reader and Nokia Transport for its Lumia smartphones. Its existing Nokia Drive app will get an update that adds speed limit alert.
