According to a leaked spec sheet, there will be at least four Tegra 4 models coming in 2013. More importantly, integrated LTE won't be coming to Tegra until late 2013.

More Details of NVIDIA's Tegra Roadmap of Superheroes Revealed
NVIDIA's upcoming Tegra roadmap is quite clearly a nod towards superheroes, and two new SoC chips, named Wayne and Grey, will make a likely appearance in 2012 or 2013 on smartphones and tablets.
