AUO Flaunts 65-inch 4K TV IGZO TV Panel Technology

Taiwanese TFT-LCD panel manufacturer, AU Optronics (AUO), recently showed off a 65-inch 4K (Ultra HD) LCD TV panel based on the indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) semiconducting material.
