With more quad-core smartphones and tablets coming right up in 2012, NVIDIA just made an announcement on the gaming front. Expect more games such as Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II and many more optimized for the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor under Tegra Zone.

New products aside, Nokia also announced new apps such as Nokia Reader and Nokia Transport for its Lumia smartphones. Its existing Nokia Drive app will get an update that adds speed limit alert.
At Mobile World Congress, Nokia officially announces the global availability of the Lumia 900. At the same time, the Nokia Lumia 610 was also announced, joining the Windows Phone family as its fourth member, with new Nokia services coming along in March and April 2012.
Samsung has introduced a new multimedia handheld device in the form of the Galaxy S WiFi 4.2. The WiFi 4.2 has a smaller screen and a camera with a lower megapixel count than the Froyo-based WiFi 5.0.
