FIDO Alliance Officially Launched with Aim to Replace Passwords

The FIDO (Fast Identity Online) Alliance has been officially launched with the aim to establish an open standard for online authentication in order to create a seamless and stronger system for users. Its pioneering members include major corporations like Lenovo and PayPal.
