Amazon is planning to launch its own television set-top box, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. This TV-based device can be viewed as a natural extension to Amazon Instant Video that is an video-on-demand service currently only available in the United States.
Lawrence Hryb, the Director of Programming for the Microsoft gaming network Xbox Live, has confirmed that the new Xbox will be unveiled on 21st May, with a showcase of the full lineup of games taking place later at E3.

AMD revealed its former CTO of Graphics Product Group, Mr. Raja Koduri has rejoined its ranks after he left Apple. He will lead engineering efforts in visual computing, reporting to CTO Mark Papermaster, another former Apple executive.
