Security analysts have discovered an on-going attack on computers and servers running the WordPress blogging applications. Confirmed by three separate web hosting services, the assailants are using brute force attacks to steal administrative credentials for themselves.

Google May Be Acquiring Whatsapp for US$1 Billion (Updated)
According to inside sources at Digitaltrends, Google may be interested in buying mobile messaging app, Whatsapp, for a rumored US$1 billion. Update: WhatsApp's business development head, Neeraj Arora, has told AllThingsDigital that the company is not holding sales talks with Google after all.
