HP Chairman Resigns Over Mismanaged Acquisition
HP chairman Ray Lane has stepped down from his position as head of the board of directors following the mismanaged saga of the acquisition of software company Autonomy. Two other board members are also stepping down, while investor and board member Ralph Whitworth is taking over as interim chairman.

According to data from Net Applications, market share of Windows 8, though increasingly steadily, is only at 3.31%. More than 80% of Windows users are still using Windows 7 and XP.
NVIDIA's CEO Approached by Intel Headhunters

Facebook to Unveil Modified Android OS on HTC Device?
Facebook sent out invites for an event on 4th April, this thursday, with a teaser to see its new home on Android. Sources told TechCrunch that Facebook will be launching a modified Android version with Facebook integration on the home screen of a HTC phone.
