If you have absolutely no programming skills and would love to create an app - the Nokia Ovi app wizard is here to remedy the situation. Unfortunately though, you can only create apps that use a RSS feed, which means no fancy games or life changing apps. That said, it does lower the barrier of entry for newbies to enter the market, and if you have an interesting news feed, why not?
