Nikon Releases Eight CoolPix Compact Digital Cameras

SINGAPORE - Nikon is pleased to announce the release of the following 8 NEW COOLPIX cameras: COOLPIX AW100, S100, S1200pj, S4150, S6150, S6200, S8200 and P7100.

Here's a brief introduction of the 8 compacts:

CoolPix AW100 - The first in Nikon’s new AW series of waterproof, shock-proof, cold-resistant compact digital cameras equipped with a number of features, including GPS support, an electronic compass and map display, and action control convenient for outdoor shooting.

CoolPix S100 - An image sensor offering 16.0-million effective pixels and a widescreen 3.5-inch, approximately 820kdot OLED touch panel monitor with wide viewing angle for high-definition, high-contrast rendering and stress-free, intuitive operation.

CoolPix S1200pj - Proposing new utilization that overcomes distance with a built-in projector offering brighter and more vivid projection with increased contrast and enabling the sharing of images from around the world via connection to multi-functional mobile devices.

CoolPix S6150 – A premium user-friendly camera in a slim stylish body convenient for your daily usage.

CoolPix S6200 – A high-performance model with an effective pixel count of 16.0-million pixels for superior image quality and equipped with a 10x optical zoom NIKKOR lens, all in one of the most compact bodies in its class.
