Google Almost Certain to Shut Down China Search Engine

It appears that after the hacks that Google faced in China recently, which prompted the company to threaten withdrawing from China completely, the search giant is now ever closer to acting on that. According to the Financial Times, Google is almost certain of pulling out from China.

Wired.com - Talks with China over censorship have reached an apparent impasse and Google, the world’s largest search engine, is now “99.9 percent” certain to shut its Chinese search engine, the Financial Times said on Saturday.
