Gigabyte's New Z77 Motherboards Spotted at CES 2012

According to Gigabyte, selected boards from its stable will feature an exclusive PCIe expansion card that offers support for the latest Bluetooth 4.0 (Smart Ready) and Wi-Fi connectivity standards.

Personal Cloud with BT 4.0 and Wi-Fi Connectivity

This allows the user to build a "private cloud environment" on his home network to control the performance and functions of his PCs. Gigabyte has introduced their CloudStation utility that will help future Gigabyte applications communicate and share resources within this cloud environment.

On-board mSATA Support

Most ATX form factor Gigabyte 7-series motherboards will enjoy an on-board mSATA connector, which works in tandem with Gigabyte’s EZ Smart Response technology, to allow users enjoy better responsiveness from their PCs. mSATA SSDs provide a cheaper solution for smart caching because they are available in smaller capacities than traditional SSDs.

Small Business Solutions

Gigabyte is targeting the small business market by offering its B75M-D3H motherboard. It boasts of Ultra Durable components as well as features that enable system administrators to monitor and manage PCs featuring this motherboard. A godsend solution to a company's harried IT administrator!
