Case Mate Leaks iPhone 5 Design and Possible iPhone 4S Model
Case Mate apparently leaked out images of the iPhone 5 in different cases on its website and disclosed details of a possible iPhone 4S model.
According to TechCrunch, the iPhone 5 seems to have a slimmer profile, an aluminum back and tapered edges. The images have been removed and replaced with a landing page. Case Mate disclosed on the page that Apple may be launching two models, the iPhone 5 and a iPhone 4S model in early October.
Inside sources of Case Mate said that the iPhone 5 is wider and thinner than the current iPhone 4. They also reported that the iPhone 5 has an extended home button and a 4-inch display. It also will be available on all major carriers around the world in two colors (black and white) with two storage capacities (16GB and 32GB).
The iPhone 4S is said to have better specifications such as the A5 dual-core processor and 8-megapixel camera in a similar form factor as the current model.
The leaks by Case Mate lent further weight to the information provided by our sources that the iPhone 5 will be launched in Singapore around October 28th. The lightning speed at which the images were removed gave us an inkling that we might be looking at the actual design of the iPhone 5.
