Encountering the Dragon - Exterior

First of all, the Lian Li Armorsuit PC-P50R is a casing designed with AMD systems in mind. The huge motif of a dragon on its left side panel is a clear reference to AMD's "Dragon" platform. And if you have any lingering suspicions, all you need to do is to peer further down and you'll find the AMD brand inscribed onto the plastic viewing pane.

Strictly speaking, however, the Lian Li Armorsuit PC-P50R is not exactly all-new. It first began life as a generic casing under the name Armorsuit PC-P50. It's the exact same casing you see here minus the red color schematic and AMD styling.

Back to the Lian Li Armorsuit PC-P50R, we found that it is made out of aluminum and so weighs only 6.6kg. To add on, the PC-P50R has also been given an anodized finish, giving it a more polished look and feel.
