Wall Street Journal Says Two New iPhones Coming

The Wall Street Journal has revealed that two new iPhones will be coming, though it is lacking in details on the new specifications. What they do know is that one phone will be ready for a CDMA network, which means AT&T will no longer be the sole carrier in the US when it comes to the iPhone. Another source from another site, Daring Fireball, has let loose a few predictions, including a 960 x 640 screen resolution, the current A4 chip powering the iPad and third-party multitasking. We'll find out whether all this is true come June 22nd, so don't hold your breath.

The new iPhone would work on a type of wireless network called CDMA, these people said. CDMA is used by Verizon Wireless, AT&T's main competitor, as well as Sprint Nextel Corp. and a handful of cellular operators in countries including South Korea and Japan. The vast majority of carriers world-wide, including AT&T, use another technology called GSM.
