Thecus & McAfee Partner to Launch NAS Device with McAfee Technology
Thecus and McAfee are collaborating to provide protection to NAS devices.
Thecus is the first to bundle McAfee anti-virus software within a NAS to offer users seeking virus protection and prevention. Features of this anti-virus software includes comprehensive detection so threats can be quarantined before they spread, removal of viruses, worms, and other malicious code, and effective scanning of compressed, archived, and packed files, just to name a few.
Thecus NAS will start shipping with McAfee AV from 16 April.
