Square-Shaped Motorola Android Device Spotted
Phones are getting thinner and sporting wider screens at WVGA resolutions. In fact, it seems like almost every phone out there is taking on this form factor. So it's rare to spot something that's a little uncommon on the design aspect, such as a square phone by Motorola.
Engadget - We swear we've seen a Motorola phone that looks like this odd square thing before, but it's also possible we're crazy. Either way, it looks like Moto's working on a new Blur set running Android 2.1, and if you thought screen size and resolution issues differences were a big part of Android fragmentation before, well, you ain't seen nothing yet.
For now, word is that this new Motorola phone should be equipped with the latest Android 2.1 and the Motoblur UI. Motorola hasn't exactly dismissed the possibility of seeing the Motoblur UI on newer Android 2.1 devices when we spoke to them earlier during the Motorola Milestone launch. And from what we know, there's still going to be more Android-based Motorola devices in the months to come. Check out the leaked image over here.
