Samsung Galaxy S IV Will Not Be Announced at MWC, According to JK Shin

The Galaxy S IV is undoubtedly one of the more highly anticipated smartphone devices in 2013 and rumors about the it have been off the rocket. It supposedly made its appearance at CES 2013 behind closed doors only; however, don't expect to see it at MWC, the most important show in mobile every year, next month in Barcelona.
Other than confirming that the Galaxy Note 8 will be unveiled at MWC, Samsung's mobile division head JK Shin has also officially confirmed that the S IV device will not be announced during the same event. This isn't too surprising of course, given that the S III was unveiled at a separate event in May last year. Samsung Lebanon, in a Facebook reply to a post asking about the Galaxy S IV's availability, they have mentioned that the device "won't be released before May 2013", which puts it at a later time frame than MWC.
