Polaroid Announces Two Jelly Bean Tablets at CES

When you think of Polaroid, the only gadget that comes to mind is a camera. CES 2013 marks a change for the company as it unveiled a pair of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean tablets. The tablets, called, M7 and M10 are dual-core and quad-core HD tablets respectively.

Both tablets will be available in spring 2013. Polaroid also has a tablet offering for the kids, the Kids Tablet. Powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a single-core 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM, the Kids Tablet has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
Like the M7 and M10, it has a memory card (SD) slot to augment its internal storage capacity of 8GB. Other specs include a 3,500mAh battery and 2-megapixel rear camera. It's available now at US$150.

Besides the three tablets, Polaroid also announced its first Android-based interchangeable lens camera at CES 2013.
