HTC J Butterfly Rebranded as HTC DLX for US Market

We all know that the HTC J Butterfly smartphone, in all its 5-inch Super LCD 3, 440ppi glory, was recently unveiled in Japan. Then, it was said to be "a Japan-specific model and almost certain to stay that way" with HTC reps mentioning that "its display will be making its way into other phones around the world".
Unsurprisingly, the phablet contender will arrive in other markets as well, under a different name. Android Central has posted leaked images showing what is possibly a US/Verizon version of the J Butterfly called the HTC DLX (short for HTC Deluxe). According to Engadget, @evleaks has revealed that the device is actually codenamed Deluxe J in its bootloader menu.

Specs wise, the HTC DLX seems to be identical to its Japanese twin. To recap:
- Quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor
- 2GB of RAM
- 8-megapixel camera
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- 2020mAh battery
Other previously unlisted specs include Beats audio, 16GB of memory and 4G LTE support. With a US version spotted in the wilds, it is highly possible that the HTC DLX will make it to a major market like Singapore as well.
