Why is this post all about cars? At HWM, we do have our own car nuts who love cars, and being technology lovers ourselves, the invitation to Detroit Electric's electric car introduction today was one of the greater pleasures in life when work meshes with our hobby. More details and videos to come in a later post!Pictures after the jump!

Cute, isn't she? These images came from a British iPhone 3G which was purpotedly used by Foxconn's workers while assembling them. At the very least, she looks happy building them :D

Not contend with the amount of bad press and cat calls that surrounded their beloved Large Hadron Collider, the 17-mile tunnel which helps scientists discover the secrets behind dark matter and dark energy. And no, its not a portal to hell or something!

Take an RCX, a couple of bumper sensors, two minifigs, a Donkey Kong figurine scaled to minifig size, a whole lotta patience, and we've got something called a labor of love :D

Hot off the Apple Store, Garage419's crew takes the Dynolicious, a USD13 application for your car and compares it with a G-Tech Pro unit, a race-proven, standard piece of equipment if you wanna go racing or drifitng, or....you get the drift. Guess who wins? It just makes me want an iPhone even more :(

Well, the game was version 1.1 on the PC, game was played using the Xbox360 controller, and honestly, my FRAPS isn't playing too well with Vista :( And no, the 1.1 trainer has not been released to the public and I don't play with trainers lol

Why do you buy bigger hard disk drives for? Is it to meet your growing demands for storing precious digital pictures of your loved ones? Or to keep up with new applications that take up large disk space on your drives? Or...- oh hell, let's just admit it: we need bigger hard disk drives to keep our anime, TV dramas, and dirty movies. At least that's what Bill Watkins, CEO of Seagate Technology admits on a CNN interview:
"Let's face it, we're not changing the world. We're building a product that helps people buy more crap - and watch porn."
It's a brutally honest and candid opinion, so we'll give him for that. After all, what do you do with 500GB of hard drive space? Fill it up with hundreds of pictures of your pet bunny Fluffy? Now if you'll excuse me, I need to catch up on my weekly download of Wild n' Wet Weekend Getaways *cough*...

When faced with slow-loading web pages, do you suffer from quickening heartbeats, profuse sweating, and furious clicking and bashing of the mouse? If so, you might be suffering from Mouse Rage Syndrome. According to a study done by Social Issues Research Centre in the UK of 2,500 test subjects, it's an ailment that's serious enough to affect one's cardio functions, as well as the immune and nervous systems.
Personally, I think the name Mouse Rage Syndrome is inappropriate since the name implies that the mouse play a large part in being part of the affliction. Maybe Crappy Web Page Syndrome would be a better name? Or the Keep It Simple, Stupid syndrome? (KISS syndrome has a nice ring to it ;3)
