Sony Malaysia recently unveiled six new digital photo frames from a series of (X, V and D) S-Frame Digital Photo Frame lineup at the exclusive Seni Gallery in the heart of Mont' Kiara. Launched under the theme "Turning Life into Art", the ability to store up to 4,000 photos to be enjoyed on the vibrant Clear Photo LCD screens will bring an air of style to any room in your humble abode.

DPF-X series S-Frame in a living room

Leading the way are the 10.2-inch DPF-X1000 and 8-inch DPF-X800 model, which offer 2GB of internal storage and are available in contemporary black or exquisite black with wood trim. The V series' 10.2-inch DPF-V1000 and 8-inch DPF-V800 model offer 1GB of internal storage and are available in either black or white. All four models come equipped with the BIONZ image processor, featuring Color Mode Setting and Auto Touch-Up functionality for better imaging results.

TruBlack technology (currently available on the DPF-X1000 and DPF-X800 only) further helps to minimize display reflection and provide higher contrast to enhance the overall image viewing experience. Apart from that, these frames are also capable of displaying photos on Sony BRAVIA HDTVs and other compatible HDTV sets via an optional HDMI cable. Features such as alarm clock, calendar, auto dimmer, auto power setting, photo slideshow, and auto orientation sensor are readily incorporated to these frames.

DPF-D series in a bedroom

Last but not least, the 9-inch DPF-D92 and 7-inch DPF-D72 represents the stylish D series. With the exception of DPF-D72, the DPF-X series, DPF-V series and DPF-D92 are Bluetooth-ready to wirelessly import images from another Bluetooth device (such as a mobile phone) using an optional DPPA-BT1 Bluetooth adaptor. All six S-Frame Digital Photo Frame models support multiple type of flash memory cards, including Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick PRO Duo, SD/SDHC Card, MMC, Microdrive, xD-Picture Card and CompactFlash Card.
