Bijin o mitai desu ka?

Warewarewa were lucky to be invited to the launch of Panasonic's Planet 1080p Full HD showcase which happened today, and got to see the wonders of HD and the processes used to bring you HD products, from the recording to the playback. Well, we were there superficially because we were more interested in the lovely girls who were nicely wrapped up in nicest kimonos we've seen.

Pretty, aren't they?

Actually, the plasma TV they're posing with is even more beautiful, but at a price tag of RM250000, a bosom of 36cm is still much more affordable.

(more pics after the break)

Flowers in HD - via a Panasonic broadcast-quality camera. the detail is absolutely stunning, but since we're using a super high ISO setting to counter the effects of the near-pitch black hall, you 'cant' really see the advantages in the shrunken pic (unless i post up the full sized 8Megapixel pic, though :P)

An age old comparision, but at least it teaches our beloved mat rempits that are so far behind in technology why going to school and earning money is good - both screens are not as expensive as the 103" plasma, but still, they cost a Kancil each.....

Awwwww....how sweet..

This is the largest screen I have seen but Panasonic cheated by using THREE fullHD projectors with edge blending technology. The screen makes humans look like puny bugs and the 103" plasma is defeated by a 103-foot roll of canvas! LOL!  The next series of images takes the cake, however, as the Shuriken as seen in other trade shows such as CES is here!~

The shuriken concept - cool eh?

A HD broadcast image of the girl - cuteness is retained, but we'd still prefer a mano e mano encounter :p
