Yes. PQI has done it again. After the famous U510 Card Drive (the one that's the size of a credit card), they have now come up with a new USB Flash Drive that is quite clever and innovative.

It is called PQI Cool Drive U350 Traveling Disk, the world's first pen-like retractable USB Flash Drive.

According to the PQI website,

The design focus is aimed at the user by constructing a USB flash drive to have mechanisms of an everyday pen. This design not only provides maximum protection for the USB connector, it also solves the problem of people frequently losing their USB flash drive lids. Visually, Cool Drive U350 employs metallic orange aluminum on the sides and elegant black in color hairline treated for the main body. Its classic looks and user friendly mechanism pen-like design is what makes PQI's Cool Drive U350 unique.

Pretty ingenious huh? If you cannot conceptualize the product functioning as a "mechanical pen," then maybe a screenshot will help you visualize it.
