Yes, exercise is really needed for us not to end up like couch potatoes. In fact, doctors are recommending us to exercise at least 3 times a week to keep cardiovascular sickness at bay.
However, with the advent of videogames, most of us would probably prefer to sit down and play for hours without any care in the world. But how about children? How about those who are just 8 or 9 but weighs like an adult? (It's true, I saw children like that in Oprah) I think it's about time parents step up and buy this machine.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give to you the Step2Play, a "fitness game" designed for the Playstation exclusively patented with a "Gamercize" technology.
It works like this: you hook up the Step2Play to your PS at home, use the stepper for the controller to work, and so long as you keep walking, the game keeps working. However, if the child stops walking, the game automatically pauses, leaving him/her unable to play the game until he/she walks again.
What are the benefits you ask? (Obtained from the gymkids website)
1) Cardiovascular benefits.
2) Focused stretching on legs and calf muscles
3) Muscle endurance benefits
4) Flexibility benefits
In theory, this is a wonderful tool. But let's face it: why do we even have to buy these kinds of machines for our children? Why don't we just let our children play outside with other children? They're CHILDREN! Honestly, there are other things you can ask your children to do than just play the PS right? Other things...
Should you want to purchase this exercise machine, do check out the gymkids website. The link to this obesity buster is right here.
