Would you spend more than a thousand US dollars for a PS3? Yes? No? Maybe?
Oh yes, after the official launch of PS3 in the US and Japan, those (gamers and non-gamers) who lined up for days are putting their PS3s for sale/auction to potentially earn twice as much.
But what if, just what if, you do not know what you're really up against?
Read on.
The product description for the 1k PS3 goes like this...

Okay, so now the seller does a small write up for the PS3's stats.
Some of you would probably click on the bid button like any other online buyer. But after clicking, that's when you realize that you're in deep shit.
Here's a screenie of the last few lines of the write-up.

&*^*&%^^&$??!/1/1
Get it now while it's hot?
TAKE NOTE THIS ONLY A PICTURE OF THE CONSOLE, NOT THE ACTUAL SYSTEM ITSELF???
........ .......... My thousand dollars for a photo that's going to be shipped to me for free. That's just great.
Now, I am really dumbfounded and speechless...
Congrats on the person who bought a PS3. I really hope you enjoy your sweet, expensive, next-generation, PHOTO.
BAH. Here's the link to this damn blatant scam.
So now, who would you blame? Will you get angry at the seller, the bidder, or both? Do tell me by posting your thoughts after this entry.
