Apple says that the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Google Now service for Android violate Siri patents. The Cupertino-based company has filed the motion to amend its existing infringement complaint in a California court.

Now that the Galaxy S4 is out, the next big thing from Samsung is the successor to the Galaxy Note II. Samsung officials have confirmed that the Galaxy Note III will debut at this September's IFA in Germany.

Samsung has admitted to hiring students in Taiwan to post fake online reviews slamming the phones of arch-rival HTC and are now facing investigations of false advertising. Samsung has called the incident "unfortunate and occurred due to insufficient understanding of these fundamental principles."
