Nokia has announced the Lumia 925 Windows Phone. Sporting an aluminum frame, it's slimmer and lighter than the Lumia 920, and has the same 8.7-megapixel PureView camera.

Samsung has admitted to hiring students in Taiwan to post fake online reviews slamming the phones of arch-rival HTC and are now facing investigations of false advertising. Samsung has called the incident "unfortunate and occurred due to insufficient understanding of these fundamental principles."
