Terms and Conditions

1. This card must always be presented upon payment of purchases to be eligible for the offers / discounts / promotions offered by the Participating Merchant, unless otherwise stated.

2. The use of this card is governed by and constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions of the www.hardwarezone.com® Deluxe Membership Card (DMCard).

3. The DMCard is a privilege card which is issued for the use solely by the DMCard member, and shall not be transferable under any circumstances. It shall only be used in respect of offers by the participating Merchants and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Hardware Zone Pte Ltd shall not be under any obligation to replace any DMCard which have been misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen.

4. The list of Participating Merchants and the offers may be revised from time to time without prior notice, under the sole discretion of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd.

5. The Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions/discounts/happy or promotional hour offered by the Participating Merchant, unless otherwise stated.

6. By accepting the DMCard, the DMCard member irrevocably acknowledges and agrees that:-
i) Although Hardware Zone Pte Ltd will endeavour to ensure that Offers shall be made available by the Participating Merchants, Hardware Zone Pte Ltd shall not be liable in any way and no DMCard member shall have any claims whatsoever against Hardware Zone Pte Ltd

ii) Hardware Zone Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, physical injury, illness, costs or damages resulting or during any visit to or purchases made from any Participating Merchant.

iii) Each participating Merchant has the absolute discretion to reject the DMCard, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect, or there has been any report that the card have been tampered with, whether intentional or not.

7. The DMCard member shall immediately notify Hardware Zone Pte Ltd in writing if the DMCard is lost/damaged/stolen. Replacement of lost/stolen/damaged DMCard is subjected to approval of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and a replacement fee of S$10 is applicable for any replacement.

8. Membership validity is stated on the physical card itself. Any renewal of the DMCard is done at the absolute discretion of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd.

9. Hardware Zone Pte Ltd may at any time and in its absolute discretion terminate this Agreement and / or cancel and / or terminate the DMCard member's use of the DMCard without any reference to the DMCard member, and without assigning any reason for the same. The Card remains the property of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and must be return to the Company upon request. There will be no refund of the joining fee paid by the DMtCard member to Hardware Zone Pte Ltd, if the DMCard is cancelled or the right to use the DMCard is terminated.

10. Hardware Zone Pte Ltd may, at its absolute discretion, disclose to any legal parties details of any information in its possession or control relating to the DMCard member.

11. Hardware Zone Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw part or entire discount privilege and terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice to DMCard member.
