  • If you are unable to login and proceed with the redemption, kindly email to dmcard@hardwarezone.com with your DMCard MemberID, Contact Number and choice of magazine (GameAxis or PHOTOVIDEOi) and we will contact you shortly upon receiving the manual request.
  • You are only allowed to make ONE redemption during the month you have subscribed to or renewed your DMCard Membership.
  • You are only allowed to make ONE redemption for the month regardless of the number of times that you have made payment within the month itself.
  • You have to make the redemption within ONE month of your latest payment date for the month else the redemption will expire.
  • Only fully completed entry will be accepted. Incomplete entry will void your redemption chance.
  • This promotion is valid for Deluxe Members with a valid Singapore Mailing Address only.
