1. What is DMCard?
A: DMCard is Singapore's ONE & ONLY IT privilege card. It entitles the cardholder to enjoy the special IT promotions/discounts arranged by HWZ with IT vendors. On top of that, it also allows the cardholder to enjoy numerous lifestyle privileges.
Not only that, it allows you to access premium services at www.hardwarezone.com which includes but not limited to:

2. How much does it cost?
A: New registration is at S$18** per year. Renewal fee is at S$18
per year. Currently it's only available in 1 year or 2 years
subscription plans.
**These are non-promotional rates. Depending on the event, there
might be some special arrangements.
3. How long will it take for the card to be mailed to me?
A: It will take about 7* working days for the card to be mailed to you, the reason of this processing time is due to the time taken to prepare the card with your personal particulars on it. Kindly take note that delivery of DMCard is applicable only for Singapore residents.
* Exclude peak period such as during major IT roadshows.

4. I can't wait that long. Is there any faster way?
Yes, you can self-collect at our office. However, do give us
a call at +65 68722725 and indicate that you wish to self-collect.
Our DMCard customer service officer will arrange with you a
time for collection.

6. Is this card transferable?
A: No, this card is NOT transferable
as it bears your Full Name and your HWZ MemberID.

7. Do I need to have the DMCard with me when I want to enjoy
the privileges?
A: Yes, the DMCard is the only way of identifying yourself to
the participating merchant. Our merchants reserve the right
to withhold any privileges in the absence of the DMCard.
In certain cases, you may also need to produce supplementary
materials like print-out vouchers or SMS e-vouchers.

8. Is there an expiry date for DMCard?
A: Yes, the expiry will be the last day of the month printed
on your card under "Good Thru".

9. What happens when my plan expires?
A: You will be notified 1 week before your expiry date. You have up to 40 days from your expiry date to consider for renewal. Renewal rates is at $18/yr. Once this window is passed, you will be considered as a new sign up.

10. As a ‘Deluxe Member’ in the www.hardwarezone.com® forums, am I exempted from any rules (within the Terms of Service) within the forums?

11. How will I be notified of new promotions?
A: We will send out a monthly eNewsletter to all our DMCard
members at the end of each month. This eNewsletter will serve

12. Will I be able to opt-out of the Monthly eNewsletter?
A: No, all existing DMCard members are not able to opt-out of the eNewsletter as it is the only channel we are able to inform them instantly of any time-limited promotions and perks offered to them. You would not wish to miss out on some give-away opportunities when we are organizing some FREE movie-tickets, exclusive invites and more throughout the year, would you?

13. What if I lost my card?

and indicate "Loss of card" as subject. Alternatively,
you can also call the hotline +65 68722725. In both cases, please
get your HWZ MemberID ready.
A fee of S$10 is chargeable for any card replacement.

A: All payment made will be non-refundable. Members are advised to ensure that they understand the privileges of the
membership and payment details before making payment.
