Time To Reload
Yes folks, it's time to reload your fashion accessories with one of the coolest and boldest looking phone from Samsung, the SPH-n270. If you've watched The Matrix Reloaded
recently, you'll immediately identify that this is exactly the same phone that was used in the movie where Morpheus and his gang used this phone to communicate with the operator in the real world.
Samsung was the vendor chosen to work with the producers of the movie as they had the engineering prowess to come out with this radical mobile phone design. Judging from the sleek black exterior and its stainless steel sliding mechanism, it's probably the phone that most of us would die for.
The functions of the phone is rather basic and for folks like us, we don't really care too much about whether it's GPRS or Java capable as it's all about the 'cool' factor. Unfortunately, those who really wants to get their hands on this will probably be disappointed to know that it will not appear on the retail shelves at all. This is because the phone is made for the US market with its support for the PCS CDMA frequency band at 1.9GHz, 800MHz digital and 800MHz analog only. GSM users in this part of the world will probably get to drool at the pictures of the phone. Let's hope enough of us will pester Samsung to give us a basic GSM version of this phone but that's probably not going to happen..
