Introduction

You've probably heard about Gigabyte's Six Dual Miracle motherbard which is based on Intel's latest Granite Bay chipset (or better known as E7205). Gigabyte has been pretty bullish about this product as they have put in much resources and time into developing this product. Not surprisingly, the board is beautifully engineered with a lot consideration placed for reliability, stability and features.

The board we received was an early sample but it looked more like the final mass production version of the board. It's complete with colorful connectors, brackets and accessories that you'll need to get started. The design of the box deserves a mention here as it's probably one of the more attractive packaging we've seen to date. Gigabyte paid a lot of attention here in design and packaging - and we feel it's only right that their designers deserves a good pat on the back here for a job well done.

The GA-8INXP is a full-featured board that comes with most of the standard features. It comes with the standard five PCI slots, Gigabit Ethernet, SATA support, ATA133 RAID and a whole slew of overclocking features.
