Introduction

As we progress towards the end of our Intel 915P Express motherboard shootout, we finally arrive at MSI's offerings. MSI is no stranger to the motherboard market and have been known to offer quality products. In fact, we have just recently published a full review of their high end Alderwood motherboard, the MSI 925X Neo Platinum. Since, the board impressed us with a robust design and respectable performance, we were quite confident that their Grantsdale line-up will perform in a similar vein. MSI provided us with two motherboards for our shootout and the first one is the MSI 915P Combo, a mainstream board without most of the frills, but still packs some good features.
