Introduction

It wouldn't be too far off the mark to say that abit's revival has also boosted the company's commitment to improving the quality of their products. Over the past year, abit has been getting back into the good books of enthusiasts with pretty a strong lineup of high-end motherboards helmed by the familiar MAX series. This year, abit’s new line of Intel 3-Series motherboards have been hotly anticipated from the promises made during Computex in June. And although abit is a little late in delivering on them, the abit IP35 Pro and IX38 QuadGT based on the Intel P35 and Intel X38 chipsets respectively are both a reality today. In this review, we explore the abit IP35 Pro and see whether the Intel P35 still has its place among the performance crowd.
